Why it exists

Payroll systems get hours wrong. A shift that ran long, a break that was paid, a seventh day in a row that should have been overtime — small differences, every pay period, and most people have nothing to check the payslip against.

This app is that check. It is your record, kept by you, in the form your employer already expects.

What it does

• Clocks you in and out on its own Arrive at work and the clock starts. Leave and it stops. You can always add or fix a shift by hand.
• Overtime by real rules Daily and weekly thresholds, double time, and California's 7th-consecutive-day rule — each job banded on its own, never pooled.
• Several jobs, kept apart Each job is its own employer: separate rate, separate overtime, separate export. Employer A never sees employer B's hours.
• Tips and bonuses tracked separately Counted in what you earned, kept off the timesheet your employer sees.
• Paid breaks that don't break the shift If your job pays through lunch, stepping out and coming back keeps the day as one shift — 9:45 to 18:00 reads as 8.25 hours.
• A PDF that looks like the paper form Export the pay period as a PDF laid out like a timesheet, or a CSV if payroll wants the raw numbers.
• Nine languages English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese.

Where your hours live

On your phone, and in your own iCloud. There is no account to make and no server of ours that ever receives your timesheet — not your shifts, not your pay rate, not the locations you save for automatic tracking.

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, our only advertising provider, and you are asked before any ad is requested. Pro removes them. Apple separately handles your iCloud backup and any purchase. The privacy policy spells all of this out.
